Job: Sales Manager - Mobile Advertising

Job Summary:
Sales Executive is responsible for:
- Bringing in new business through direct sales to key accounts.
- Building a solid pipeline of growth opportunities and achieve the targeted budget.
- Negotiating deals, maintaining and growing customer relationships by identifying new opportunities.
- Providing world-class customer service in support of team revenue goals in Singapore.

Job Description:
- Direct sales to key accounts.
- Educate, propose and secure buy-in on Mobile marketing.
- Identify growth opportunities within a key account organization.
- Deliver the sales objectives (monthly, quarterly and annually).
- Cultivate client relationships with accounts.
- Define and implement key accounts strategies.
- Setup and manage expectations to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop action plans, proposals and quotes for moving business forward.
- Report directly to Director of Sales and CEO.

In addition, successful candidates will need to:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of online advertising and mobile advertising.
- Show the creativity and "get it done" drive to take an opportunity from concept to execution.
- Be adept at understanding and implementing sound commercial agreements.
- Show a high degree of self-motivation and teamwork.
- Be creative and a problem solver.
- Ability and experience to understand the needs of customers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related sales or account management or business development experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Mobile Internet
- English (mandatory), Mandarin (preferred)
- Singaporeans and PRs preferred

About the position:

Salary
- Competitive, dependent on experience plus attractive sales commission.
- Transportation allowance, phone allowance, Mac or iPad.

Working Environment
We're based at Duxton Road, in a nice shop house environment, between Tanjong Pagar and Outram Park. Buses and MRT are only a few steps away.
