ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Account Manager will:
• Manage a list of key accounts ranging from media companies, marketers, and advertising agencies in Southeast Asia
• Key responsibilities include the overall servicing of the account, handling the renewals and identifying potential upsell opportunities - including product training, timely/informative responses to client inquiries, and sensitivity to clients’ business objectives/goals
• Cultivate existing relationships as well as creating new ones within companies to set up in person meetings to discuss the value of the comScore Media Metrix product line
• Develop a strong understanding of the client's business and demonstrate how the comScore Media Metrix product line can assist them to achieve their business goals
• Manage the assigned client list of comScore Media Metrix in Southeast Asia
• Identify and develop solid, strategic relationships with key decision makers at targeted
accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or quantitative field;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience. Work experience that is analytical in nature, such as experience with syndicated data, or custom research is important. Experience in analysis, market research, or analyzing customer interactions on the web is a plus.
• Strong understanding of market research and how information can be applied to help
client's to achieve their goals
• Proven proficiency with numbers/statistics
• Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal, as well as working
experience with international clientele in Asia Pacific
• Proven ability to independently manage and develop ongoing client relationships
• A relentless work ethic and a desire to go the extra mile
• A market research background is a big plus.
• Established contacts and relationships within the industry a strong plus.
• Adaptable person who can deal with rapidly changing requirements of a start-up
environment.
